At PetlyGear.com, your satisfaction matters to us. While we strive to offer quality pet products, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item or variant, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

  • Gift cards or clearance items
