Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Return shipping costs are free

• 📧 To initiate a return, please email us at support@petlygear.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges of unused items. 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
